experienced office manager to oversee firm operations. The manager should be
multi-talented and a great multi-tasker: this role has functions in human resources,
and business administration. This individual will assist with the firm's needs
in everything from financial, to IT, to management. Ideal candidates for this
position will have a strong background in management with law firm experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and plan for the changing administrative needs of
the firm, work on special projects, and contribute to cost-effective management

The position of Executive Assistant is responsible for the
organization of communication, project timelines and details, and general
assistant to the CEO and Vice President. This position is a high-level position
that interacts with clients and needs to adhere to high standards of
professionalism. Calibrate Coaching is a fast-paced, growing company and this
position will need the same energy and drive to succeed.

Communication:
Manages Google Calendar invitations
Manages Calibrate Coaching project management software:
monday.com
Consistently updating Calibrate Coaching team on important
information via Monday.com, email, text and phone call
Emailing clients and responding to clients professionally
and in a timely manner
Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally to
all team members regarding timelines and deadlines
Technology:
Skilled in Microsoft and Google applications
Skilled in setting up conference calls for remote
participants

Sales Support Specialist
Our goal is to find a smart, organized, productive, team
member to assist our Director of Business Development. We are seeking a
reliable and self-motivated individual. Tasks will include writing and
invoicing custom orders, working with UPS and FedEx online shipping software,
interacting with the production floor, and corresponding with customers and
suppliers via email and telephone.
Our work environment is casual, fun, but fast-paced.

General work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no weekends, but we are
